After Install they are not seen anymore in the Toolbar, but still existing in
the sidebar 'Bookmarks'
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start with an elder build, here 20020801xx
2. You will see the personal folders in the Personal Toolbar
3. Install 2002082008
4. The Personal folder only contaiuns the entries Home and bookmarks
1. Install 20020801xx again
2. Here we are again, the folders come back
Also changing between classic and orbit scheme will not help

Delete components\compreg.dat

just for to finish it: Deleting components\compreg.dat DID solve the problem ;-)
