Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://rpgcodex.net/forums/index.php?threads/wasteland-3-brian-fargo-does-colorado-now-in-beta-coming-august-28th.111209/page-78#post-6671808
2. Observe the Twitter embedded content.

Expected Behavior:
Twitter embedded content is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
The embedded content is not displayed.

Note

1. With "Standard" protection the video is displayed.

This actually does not work with standard protection enabled (the default in Firefox).

The issue is still reproducible, with ETP - Strict Twitter embedded content does not load.

If embedded Twitter contents require cookies from twitter.com (third party cookie) to embed contents, this is the right behavior.
