Steps to reproduce:
Open Account Settings, End-To-End Encryption.
Click the Set Personal Key button.
View the list of keys.
Thunderbird 77.0b2 on MacOS Catalina 10.15.4.
Actual results:
Column labels (User ID, Key ID, Created, Expiration) appear offset below their intended location.
Expected results:
Labels should be painted higher up.

This dialog is an initial hack that wasn't given a lot of attention, because we intend to replace it with a different dialog in bug 1627736.
