Hi there,

I'm Again having Problems with Mozilla :

the Latest Builds (August / 0x-20) are loaded with bugz (pardon me - but this 
is the Truth !) they're UNABLE to do Basic Stuff like :

-> "Open Link in New Tab"
-> Show "Hebrew (windows-1255)" Characters 
-> Their "Quick Launch" Dysfunctions
-> etc. ...
(in contrast to the 1.1b)

my Setup is :
H/W : 950Mhz Athlon w/256MB of RAM
S/W : W2K.Prof w/SP3

I Hope you'll at least try doing some better job to Keep Mozilla's Quality at 
least close at the 1.0-1.1b 's Level - Hacking is Good, but Coding is Better !

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla (pick [x] "Quick Launch")
2. Exit Mozilla
3. Try Using "Quick Launch" to Start it again... (you may need one more exit to 
bump that bug)

I Can eMail you Sample(s) of 1.1b+ Wrongly displayed "Hebrew (windows-1255)" 
Messages - just ask !
Actual Results:  
-> "Open Link in New Tab" : Opens New Tab, with No URL.
-> Show "Hebrew (windows-1255)" Characters : Shows "?" Marks instead of Hebrew 
Letters.
-> Their "Quick Launch" Dysfunctions : It Ignors trys to Open the Mozilla Apps. 
After 1 or 2 Exists from Mozilla (i mean that you can click "Navigator" 
or "Mail & Newsgroups" in there forever - it just do nothing !).

Expected Results:  
-> "Open Link in New Tab" - to Work as Normal.
-> Show "Hebrew (windows-1255)" Characters - to Display Hebrew as Hebrew... 
duh !
-> Their "Quick Launch" Dysfunctions - to Work as Normal.

It's not as bad as it seems... delete components\compreg.dat
