PRIMARY:
Over the last few days' builds Mozilla has locked, 100% of the time, when
opening the mail/news window.  The last working nitely build I have is below. I
think this  started sometime between 8/13 and 8/19.

SECONDARY:
Over the last few days' builds Mozilla has crashed 100% of the time, when
attempting to save an attachment from an IMAP msg.  The last working nitely
build I have is below. I think this  started sometime between 8/13 and 8/19.

Below ver works:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020812

** The above two bugs are being as two bugs and reference each other since they
are related to mail/news and appeared at the same time.

I've been seeing the first problem also.  Trying to get into Mail/News from the 
Window menu just locks.  Trying to start Mozilla with the -mail option brings 
up a splash-screen and then locks at the splash screen.  Both times however the 
CPU usage has stayed at 0% when it locks.

This is using IMAP also, I haven't tried it with POP3, so maybe it's IMAP 
specific?
When Mozilla is set to open w/ the Browser window, trying to open the mail/news
window does create an entry under the menu item "window" w/o any title text.
Yes a clean profile has the same problem.
Okay, here's what I've found:

Using Orbit 3+1 1.0 0.0.5 as my theme, Mail/News hangs.
Using Modern as my theme, Mail/News crashed Mozilla.

Neither of these are 100% of the time.  For some reason every once and a while
Mail/News seems to just work...
Running pinball and classic themes here with lockups.
Still a show stopper (8/31/2002)

On Win95b Build 2002091014 Cannot open mail window when using
Pinball 1.03 from mozdev.org but works fine with Pinball 1.04
from deskmod? suggest as interim measure removing / updating 
download from mozdev?
