I'm currently using nightly (20200515093304) on Windows 7 SP1 with an HD7950 using 19.12.1 drivers. This is a pretty old card.
After WebRender was enabled for me, Firefox started not repainting areas of the screen that were covered by other windows but then uncovered by alt-tabbing or clicking back into Firefox.
For example, if I maximize Firefox, then open Notepad and make cover Firefox's window, then either alt-tab back to Firefox or click into a still visible portion of Firefox, it will then still appear like Notepad is on top. Attempting to scroll the Firefox window will make it repaint correctly and sometimes just clicking around more seems to do it as well.
I tried changing gfx.webrender.compositor from true to false and I restarted Firefox. Repeating the same steps above, the window would repaint correctly by itself, but only after a noticable delay of maybe around a quarter or half of a second.
I also tried setting gfx.webrender.force-disabled to true and restarted. Repeating the test had the window repaint immediately (as would be expected).
Please let me know if I can provide any other information.

Thanks for the report!
I was able to reproduce this problem, but only when Aero was disabled.
