This is about the dialog that is shown, if you read received email and open "view message security", of if a message shows signature/encryption status icons, by clicking them.
We have had an implementation for S/MIME message for many years.
In bug 1637458 we created an initial implementation for OpenPGP messages, too.
Magnus suggested we should iterate on the status text that is shown to the user, and find better wording that is easier to understand. Another suggestion is to rework the layout of the information presented in that dialog.
Suggestions for the layout include static section headers, and using hyperlinks to open key or certificate details, instead of using buttons.
Ideas for better text can be found in the phabricator review for bug 1637458.

A bunch was done in bug 1647039, though I think there is still work to be done.

Should we use this bug to work on optimizing the strings and improving the other areas?
One area we should work on is the listing of other recipients/keys appearing at the bottom.
This area is now readable and easy to understand, but it doesn't scale well when dealing with multiple keys.

Yes, the "Your decryption key" is also rather confusing.
