User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:76.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/76.0
Steps to reproduce:
open 192.168.43.1 which is router site, which uses http basic authentication, and login dialog appears, which is a separate window, not content of the tab. "admin" and "******" are prefilled. i try to select "user" or type "user".
Actual results:
when i try to select "user", no dropdown list appears, when i type "user", user password is not automatically put from saved passwords.
Expected results:
i should see dropdown menu to select logins, and if i type a login with saved password, that password should be put automatically.

Are you saying you have a saved login for the username "admin" but you want to use a password for the username "user"? i.e. there are two different usernames that are relevant for this site? If so, this would be a duplicate of bug 227632.
