This was used to force hw AEC and NS on B2G, we don't need it now, and it hasn't work for the longest time.

--enable-hardware-aec-ns option does nothing so it is deleted too.
hardware_aec_ns variable is set to 0 by default. This variable is not referenced anywhere, maybe it can be deleted safely ?
