Steps to reproduce:
Put Firefox on secondary monitor. Right click something.
Actual results:
If the primary monitor is in a retina mode, popup appears on primary monitor, on the secondary monitor in the wrong place, or nowhere at all.
If the primary monitor is NOT in a retina mode, the popup doesn't appear at all.
Expected results:
The popup should appear next to where the mouse pointer is, on the correct monitor.

I am aware of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=245418, but nobody's reopening it, so it appears that I have no choice but to open a new report.
