These 2 tests are expected timeout:
/content-security-policy/prefetch-src/prefetch-blocked.html
/content-security-policy/prefetch-src/prefetch-header-blocked.html

running locally I can see in the console:
/content-security-policy/prefetch-src/prefetch-blocked.html:
Blocked prefetch generates report. Test timed out

and for /content-security-policy/prefetch-src/prefetch-header-blocked.html:
Prefetch via Link header succeeds when allowed by prefetch-src Test timed out

:ckerschb, can you help triage this?

We do not support prefetch-src - backlog seems fine.
