Adding encryption for IDBMutableFile/IDBFileHandle would be much more brittle than for the rest of the API. Since support for these should be removed anyway, we should disable this until they are removed. If support is removed (see Bug 1500343) before enabling IndexedDB in private browsing mode, this bug can be closed without further action.
