Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox
2. Make sure that the following prefs are enabled:
   devtools.debugger.features.windowless-service-workers
   devtools.application.enabled
   dom.manifest.enabled
3. Set intl.uidirection to "2"
4. Navigate to https://twitter.com
5. Open Devtools and select the Application panel
6. Make sure the Manifest tab is selected

Expected Results
All the sections of the manifest are correctly displayed in RTL mode

Actual Results
The scope link under the "Presentation" section isn't displayed correctly (see screenshot)
