Details

Test Env: Mozilla 1.1.b on hpux11, 
repeat steps:
	1. goto 
http://mozilla.org/quality/browser/standards/xhtml/transitional/script_src.xml
	2. click the button
	3. nothing happened.
   4. view source code, find js code "changeBGColor('blue')" doesn't work.
BTW, IE report xml error and show whole xml file's content.
