STR:
- Go to macOS settings > General > Show scroll bars. Set to "Automatically based on mouse or trackpad" (I think this is the default)
- Run
./mach mochitest --keep-open=false -f plain gfx/layers/apz/test/mochitest
Expected:
- tests run to completion
Actual:
- tests hang. there are two subtests that specifically hang, because they try to do things with scrollbars but there are no scrollbars. We should abort those tests when we detect there are no scrollbars, like we do in other tests.
