163999 - extra window with error messages after upgrading to mozilla 1.1rc

after upgrading to mozilla 1.1rc (20020818) using seamonkey build, there are
error messages (see screenshot) which seems to be related to the fact that this
build doesn't include venkman, the javascript debugger and irc.
the error is present in every window which makes mozilla barely usable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to any url like http://www.mozilla.org

Actual Results:  
see screenshot

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should upgrade flawessly and the bar should be at the bottom as usual
without any error message.

A clean reainstallation of mozilla should fix this:

Remove Mozilla -> Install it again..

If it still doesn't work -> Create a new profile (make sure to backup your
mails/bookmarks and other important stuff)

clean desinstall/install doesn't work
after reading comment in bug 130331, I reinstalled fr.xpi, which showed up as
need update in preference/appearance/language but once I restarted mozilla
everything is fine (menus are still showing in English)
this is weird
