Since we stopped building geckodriver in CI build jobs, it's no longer in the artifact builds. This makes it rather inconvenient to do things like run wdspec tests for marionette changes. We should have some way to download from CI into the objdir e.g. mach geckodriver download

I think that we should update mach build to actually download a pre-built geckodriver binary from CI, similar to what we do for Firefox. That way we can also put it into the objdir underneath the bin folder.
