When trying to download weatherbug, browser crashes after clicking "Next" on the
ad page.  Happens every time with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US;
rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020821.

Steps to reproduce
1.  Go to weatherbug.com
2.  Enter bogus email address
3.  Choose which ad you want to look at, click next.
4.  Click next (after reading the ad, of course)
5.  Submit talkback report

Jay, from the talkback incidents that you have submitted, this one is a
duplicate crash of bug 163918. (crashing at nsWatcherWindowEnumerator::GetNext)
