I wonder if HAR can solve this or if there are existing formats that other tools use.

Import flow could be 1) pick HAR file, 2) if it has multiple requests, let user pick one from the list 3) prefill form with request data.

Export could be just saving the request bits into HAR.

I like that idea and yes, HAR can be (and also Postman and OpenAPI) used for this.
