Details
In bug 1608421 and bug 1638050, we disabled bugzilla and mingw jobs.
However, we can still see them triggered in recent uplifts.
See here for bugzilla:

Still investigating.
Oooook, for the bugzilla-components task this is happening because of searchfox! https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/O7J__a0HTMuoV-wjmWzZgw/runs/0

I don't think we need to run searchfox for every uplift.
And i bet the usage of searchfox for beta, release and esr is quite low

Looks like mingw is not changed for beta so far. https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-beta/annotate/cf5de4cbb547a5e64ba7d688bd57ff486064b17f/taskcluster/ci/build/windows-mingw.yml
The central change from bug 1638050 should hit beta next week, unless we uplift it...

Ok, searchfox in more detail is due to :
https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/501eb4718d73870892d28f31a99b46f4783efaa0/taskcluster/taskgraph/target_tasks.py#682 Which explicitly calls out the bugzilla components as a thing to do.
We have the index being run daily on all trees: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/501eb4718d73870892d28f31a99b46f4783efaa0/.cron.yml#123
I suggest we expand by-project
to be mozilla-central: ... # daily
and default: ... #weekly
at most. Not sure who needs to signoff on that change.

Redirect a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user to the triage owner.
:ahal, since the bug has high priority, high severity and recent activity, could you have a look please?
