1640834 - Create a support page for XFO/CSP pages

In light of growing complains about the somewhat recently created X-Frame-Options neterror page, I think we ought to change the message phrasing to explicitly say that the website (with domain name) does not wish to be embedded in the current website.

There should be a link to a SUMO article that allows the user to Learn more. I believe Ronald was looking into this.
