Apologies if this is to the wrong component, but it's the best one I could think
of.  I'd like to see scrolling through tabs with the middle mouse button offered
as an option in the preferences.  Scroll the middle mouse button up one, move to
the next tab.  Scroll down, move one back.

wrong duplicate. should be bug 108524 [WONTFIX Implement new mouse wheel
behaviour: Switch to Previous/Next Tab] instead. But let's just leave it
as that :p
