Via https://github.com/firefox-devtools/ux/issues/119 , applying to the Network tab bar.

Shouldn't this be applied on all side panels? I.e. on the basic Tabbar component?
(devtools/client/shared/components/tabs/TabBar)

I would apply it on all side panels (Inspector and Network).
The toolbox tabs and Debugger tabs are different implementations, so they shouldn't be affected.

Happy to see this applied in the shared Tabbar. I filed this for Network as it an area where we polished right now.
