Steps to reproduce:

Following update to the Windows 10 Update 2004, Microsoft onscreen keyboard in the Microsoft Surface no longer works correctly in Firefox.

Actual results:

Keyboard works properly in other apps e.g. I am entering this bug report via onscreen keyboard in Chrome. In Firefox the on screen keyboard constantly disappears and leaves behind a black box the shape of the keyboard.

Expected results:

The keyboard should appear and push up text to reveal text entry box, then retreat once text entry is finished.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
