Details

There's a few people using searchengine-devtools for various things and so it'd be useful to have updates.

Thankfully, it seems easy to do - mainly providing an update manifest and updating that after each release.

I merged https://github.com/mozilla-extensions/searchengine-devtools/pull/14 earlier today, and did a couple of releases - all went well and I was able to upgrade from one to the other.
