In trying to figure out what gets loaded into memory when, I noticed that
gkcontent loads RDF in order to initialize all the nsRDFUtils resources. There
should be a way to delay this initialization somehow. I'm not sure how.
we may have to wrap major classes that access nsRDFUtils with some initializer
so that nsRDFUtils isn't initialized until one of these other classes is.

Target Milestone: --- → mozilla1.2beta
mozilla 1.1alpha is more or less done, so I'm moving non-critical mozilla1.2beta
bugs out to the next milestone to make room for the mozilla1.1alpha bugs that
didn't make it.
Target Milestone: mozilla1.2beta → mozilla1.3alpha
Target Milestone: mozilla1.3alpha → mozilla1.4alpha

if we un-hook the per-atom symbols, then this bug is a lot easier to fix. (see
