Update verify for 77.0-build3 was failing:

Comparing source/bin with target/bin...
Files only in target/bin:
default-browser-agent.exe

Turns out run 0 of https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/ZqAxWpJIREGVyPaPt7fgWg/runs/0 which generated https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/api/queue/v1/task/ZqAxWpJIREGVyPaPt7fgWg/runs/0/artifacts/public/build/pt-BR/target-74.0.1.partial.mar was green, but the partial mar is missing default-browser-agent.exe

Other partials have the file, so does the rerun.

From the log entries I suspect this is Bug 1635321's race condition resulting in the updates thinking there are no new files. We should uplift the change there

The fix was uplifted to mozilla-release so we should be all set in case of a 77 dot release.
