Details

1.Select an icon on the personal toolsbar. 2.drag the icon to the new location, for example:from the third location to first location . expected result: The icon appears on the first . result: This icon appears on the second. It also happens when you drag a new url to the personal toolbar.
WFM 2002102404 on WinXP. Bolian, are you still seeing this behaviour with a new build?
Not happens in the lastest build.
