Operating System: Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate https://www.indiatoday.in/world/video/donald-trump-twitter-fact-check-row-executive-order-1683195-2020-05-29
2. Scroll down the page and observe the page content.

Expected Behavior:
Page content loads and more articles keeps being displayed while scrolling down the page.

Actual Behavior:
Page content loads but not fully, new articles no longer load while scrolling down.

Note:

1. With ETP - Standard, the content keeps being displayed when scrolling down.

The issue still occurs, with ETP - Strict content under "Other video categories" does not load.

The content under the "Other Video Categories" seems to be loaded using Taboola's loader script, which is being blocked. We may be able to use shims with placeholders to let users opt into loading it regardless.
