This is annoying because I need to scroll and position it using the mouse. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Edit the Hebrew Document mentioned above. 2. Position the cursor at the top. 3. Press Page down. 4. Press the down arrow. Actual Results: The cursor is in the second line from the top. Expected Results: Position the cursor in the middle of the document.
