When pressing Page Down when editing a Hebrew document, the cursor is not
positioned and remains at the top of the page. This is annoying because I need to
scroll and position it using the mouse.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit the Hebrew Document mentioned above.
2. Position the cursor at the top.
3. Press Page down.
4. Press the down arrow.
Actual Results:
The cursor is in the second line from the top.
Expected Results:
Position the cursor in the middle of the document.
