mozphab shows up the weekly healthcheck query: https://console.cloud.google.com/bigquery?sq=630180991450:2158680874ed4200bb12e4f13e9b180f

It should be added to the list of valid glean applications, and is (apparently) going under data review at the moment.

The implementation bug is bug 1621025.
