User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:77.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/77.0

Steps to reproduce:

On Windows 10 64-bit dark mode, open Firefox using default theme, and then navigate to about:certificate page.

Actual results:

The elements "<about-certificate-items>" have a white text under a white-grayish background. This makes it impossible to read the texts

Expected results:

The elements "<about-certificate-items>" have text with better color contrast with its background
