Steps to reproduce:
To change profiles, one must go to "about:profiles" and click around in order to switch profiles. A user could also set Firefox to always ask for the user's requested profile on launch too.
Actual results:
This system does not flow well. I have to either launch Firefox from a terminal/run dialog or type "about:profiles" into the url bar. Both of these are huge time wasters and there should be a better method.
Expected results:
There are several ways I can think to improve this. There could be an option in the main menu on the right to open the "about:profiles" window. Or, you could take the Chromium approach and have an indicator that allows you to switch profiles.

Bugs really need to be distinct actionable things rather than general suggestions. This most closely maps to bug 1542189 though so duping over there.
