expected: the address bar should get focus and the present URL should be
completely highlighted. Older builds of Chimera did this.
What happens: Chimera spawns a new window instead and puts focus into the
address bar of that.

My mistake - for some reason the version in the latest nightly folder
(ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/chimera/nightly/latest-trunk/ ) hasn't been updated
since the 20th. I just downloaded 0824 and it's fixed. Closing.
