mozilla-conduit/suite github repo is used for bringing up a test Phabricator and BMO instance (as well as others) for testing and development. Updating generate_conduit_data.pl to allow setting up an oauth2 client for Phabricator when env variables are present will make it easier to for Phabricator to auth against BMO. We already do similar steps in the script for setting up the phab-bot automation user and API keys.
