1643843 - Compat panel: Small spacing tweaks

The polish in Nightly is looking great! Just noticed a couple small things:

When .compatibility-unsupported-browser-list wraps, the icons should have a bit more top spacing — I would say margin-top: 4px or equivalent.

Before, I said the icons should be left-aligned when wrapping, but now that I look at it next to non-wrapping properties, I realize this was a mistake. Let's keep the right-alignment. Sorry about this!

Also, the icons need a little more spacing between them - column-gap: 6px; would be great.

Adding Kriyszig and Micah to CC since the column-gap: 6px change is relevant to the tooltip work as well :)
