Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:76.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/76.0

Steps to reproduce:

1)I had opened as usual Seamonkey and new messages has downloaded first with proper notification in Windows 10 x64 (1909 up-to-date)
2) After time another automatic pop3 get mail event has occured and small notification has pop-uped but blank - phisicaly no new messages arrived to inbox. This pop-up is much shorter in time than that when real messages was arriving.
3) After next automatic pop3 email get event - the same ( fast blank popup).
No use any spam filtering anywhere and nothing changed in settings. It has never happened before. I couldn't screenshot this because it lasted too short but annoying.

Expected results:

No messages arrived, no pop-ups.

NOT reproducible with unzipped installation of unofficial (by wg9s) De SeaMonkey 2.53.4beta 1 pre Mozilla/5.0 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build 20200604210008 (Default Classic Theme, newly created User Profile) on German WIN7 64bit

@Reporter:
a) Did that problem appear after a SM update (or after a WIN update?) or without any update reason?
b) Result in Safe Mode without active add-ons?
c) if no progress with (b): can you try with a newly created User Profile (you will have to recreate an email account for your new User Profile)

a) No special updates to the Windows 10 OS - only daily Windows Defender(but it is not active) and Seamonkey not updates ver. 2.52 from official build (Windows x64). It has suddenly occured and couldn't repeat now. Is it possible to be accidently activated by push messages from other portal like Linkedin?
b) No Safe Mode usage.
c) I could create new profile but mine are completely fine since Netscape 6 ;-)
