Steps to reproduce:
When I open a Picture-in-Picture a new tab is opened when it shouldn't.

Actual results:
- a needless tab in browser with video is opened
- the Pip-window is closed after a few seconds
Expected results:
- a tab is not opened
- only pip-window is opened

Hi Rudi,
Examining this bug again, I'm not entirely certain it's in an actionable state. The test URL linked to in comment 0 has changed significantly from the time that the bug was first created, and doesn't appear to contain a video that causes the bug to rear its head, unless I missed it.
haswellready, are you still noticing this anywhere?
