STR:

  • Go to Digg.com and scroll

Expected:

  • smooth scrolling with no slow frames in indicator

Result:

  • constant slow frames

Note: This does not reproduce 100%.

From the profile and the description of constant slow frames but not 100% of the time, I'm assuming this was bug 1655278. Please re-open if you see this again!
