https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder/commit/f839e161711e7e2b2ca40d4d7d283e1d263d816f changed the style of the Failure Summary tab. Suggestions of bugs to use for classification use more vertical space now because there is much more margin between vertically aligned elements. On a 15'' notebook, Treeherder only shows 2 failure lines with suggestions (if they have a button to Show/Hide More bugs), for the remaining ones the user needs to scroll. Expanding the Failure Summary to half of the screen will show 3 lines.

With the new style, much more scrolling is needed and failures not at the top are easier to miss.

Please make this more compact.
