When we've migrated away from webext there will be no webext test names to append. Perhaps the summary needs to be updated, but it's not clear to me what's needed here.

This probably will be fixed when cleaning out raptor code. That's why I linked the source bug aws see also and pointed to the line of code. Didn't find a better way of describing this.

This seems to resolved now as we use the extra-options/tags for denoting cold runs now.
