I am going to add some more metrics in TransformDatafor for bug 1638152, but unfortunately AnimationStorageData size will exceed 255bytes thus we will hit the limit of PLDHashTable. So I am going to change to store unique_ptr<AnimationStorageData> and also change nsDataHashTable to std::unordered_map.
