Noticed this when checking why the download / export of user data doesn't work in Privacy Badger.
Security Error: Content at moz-extension://0b3cc3c3-7fa3-47fc-a971-ef4e1fdba7ef/skin/options.html#tab-manage-data
may not load data from blob:moz-extension://0b3cc3c3-7fa3-47fc-a971-ef4e1fdba7ef/690ad6f8-c00b-46d7-8502-adcee97dcac3.
