Steps to reproduce:
Refer to "Windows dependencies" section of the Quick reference
Actual results:
It links "Windows prerequisites" to MDN, but then that MDN page just contains a link back to another page in firefox-source-docs
Expected results:
It should just link directly to the page in firefox-source-docs
Instead of linking to a page in MDN which links back to firefox-source-doc, this change links it directly to "Building Firefox On Windows"
