localhost isn't server auto directly but is sent thru the proxy, which will in
the majority of the cases won't be what it is expected.

Users will expect that the web server in the local loop be server (i would
expect such behavior).

There is an easy work around, by placing localhost in the no-proxy list.
Read http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31510#c2 for an explanation why
this is normal behaviour. On the other hand, it's also a good idea why localhost
and 127.0.0.1 might be on the default 'No-Proxy-For' list.
