Request Description
We have SUMO links on our certificate error pages that are sometimes not reachable. We want to be able to provide offline support in those cases (either in an iframe on the cert error page or in a new tab).

We need UX to guide us on the best way to display offline support on cert error pages.

Preferably before the end of July.

This is an Outreachy internship project. Having UX input would be nice but we're not blocked on it.
