On Bedrock we're globally replacing "whitelist" and "blacklist" with neutral terminology. We're replacing "whitelist" with "allowed list" and replacing "blacklist" with "disallowed list".

As we go we're finding documents that are no longer necessary on www, because they are historical only and well archived on wikimo. However, on wikimo, they still use those legacy terms.

We should do a global search/replace on the freshest version of each page in wikimo to eliminate these terms.

A quick search for the string "blacklist" found 178 occurrences.

A global automatic search and replace would not be appropriate (IMO) as changes need to be viewed in context to prevent changing the meaning of existing data.

Reluctantly changing to WONTFIX as cannot see a way to implement this economically.
