Reproduced the initial issue in Beta 78.0b9. The "Learn more link" was redirecting the user to:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/automatically-fill-your-address-web-forms
Verified - Fixed in Beta 79.0b2 (Build id: 20200630191632) and latest Nightly 80.0a1 (Build id: 20200629154604). By clicking on the "learn more" link for credit card autofill the following page is opened:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/credit-card-autofill
