this test is a perma fail on linux64-ccov:
TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | STLWrapper.ShouldAbortDeathTest | Death test: ShouldAbort()

we don't run this test on windows (xp?) so I wonder if we have a method for disabling on ccov specifically? Maybe #ifdef ccov
