1645877 - Selection#collapse() behaves different based on previous caret position

1. Open the attachment
2. Click the middle of the first line
3. Click the button and check the result
4. Click the middle of the second line
5. Click the button again and check the result

Expected: Both should put the caret to the same position
Actual: Step 3 puts the caret to the rightmost position while step 5 to the leftmost.

Chrome always puts it to the rightmost but I think it should be always leftmost. Hmm.
